12/8/2015: lists.ucla.edu Mailing List Outage (update)

There continues to be issues with the Mailman server that may cause delays of an hour or more for messages sent to lists.ucla.edu mailing lists. IT Services - Systems Operations is investigating the matter to find an appropriate resolution. There is currently no timetable for this resolution. If a message is delayed, it is still queued for delivery and will be delivered to the corresponding list's members.

The issue has been resolved. Any messages sent during the outage have been queued for delivery and should be delivered to the members of that particular list.


9:03AM 12/7/2015

There is currently an issue with the lists.ucla.edu mailing list service. No messages are currently being sent out by the server, and no messages have been sent out since the issue started. IT Services - Systems Operations is aware of the issue and is investigating the problem. There is currently no timetable for a resolution. We suspect that the issue started on Saturday, December 5th or Sunday, December 6th.
