BRYAN BUTCHER is the winner of the 1997 draft prediction contest.
He was within 6 places for seven of the nine players drafted and 
corrctly predicted the nine who weren't drafted.  His only miss was the
prediction that Roderick Rhodes wouldn't be drafted.  Last year's
winner, Bill Dandridge, was third.

predicted place by our panel was 18th.  He went 27th.      


  The most underrated was Mark Sanford, as only one person predicted
a place higher than 36th and two said he wouldn't be drafted at all.
He went 30th.
