Sophos Anti-Virus for UCLA IT Administrators
UCLA has negotiated an agreement with Sophos to license Sophos Anti-Virus products for UCLA staff, students, and faculty. The license agreement is valid through October 2012 and provides the right to install the software on:

- Sophos Anti-Virus for DOS/Windows 3.1x
- Sophos Anti-Virus for UNIX
- Sophos Anti-Virus for Netware
- Sophos Anti-Virus for OpenVMS
- Sophos Anti-Virus for OS/2
Gateway Server
- PureMessage AV (Unix, Microsoft)
- SAV Interface
How to download Sophos products directly from Sophos
Department IT Administrators are able to download all Sophos products directly from the Sophos web site. This site is restricted by username and password that Bruin OnLine will only distribute to authorized department IT Administrators. If you are a department IT Administrator and would like access to the products, please fill out the available form at:
By downloading or copying the software, you agree not to rent, sell, lease, assign or otherwise transfer the Software; reverse engineer, compile, make alterations to or otherwise modify the Software; or disclose or otherwise make available the Software, User Manuals, or copies thereof, to any third party.
After you have received the username and password, you can download Media (self-extracting compressed disk images and/or files in zip format) and documentation (in Adobe Acrobat PDF file format) from:
