Configuring the TCP/IP Control Panel

  1. From the Apple menu, select Control Panels. Open the TCP/IP control panel.
  2. From the Connect via pull-down menu, select PPP.


  3. From the Configure pull-down menu, select Using PPP Server. The IP Address, the Subnet Mask, and the Router Address will automatically be set to <will be supplied by server>. In the Name Server Addr. dialog box type in the following numbers:
    • 164.67.128.1
    • 164.67.128.2
    • 164.67.128.3

  4. In the Additional Search Domains dialog box type the address ucla.edu.
  5. Close the TCP/IP control panel, and click the Save button when prompted to save the configuration.
