Installing the ppc2002.cab
- You will need to have a network card already installed on your PDA, Configured to connect to UCLAWLAN prior to installing the script. Also, you will need to copy ppc2002.cab to your PDA.
- Before beginning the installation, please change your password on our website at:
You will need to change the password to something different from what you have currently.
- To install, locate the ppc2002.cab on your PDA and click on it. The script
will automatically install.(See Figure 1)
Figure 1: ppc2002.cab installation - Please go to the Start menu, then Settings.
Please select the Connections tab, and then the Connections
icon. (See Figure 2)

Figure 3: Modify Window - Make sure the top field is Internet settings and bottom field is
selected as Internet.(See Figure 4)
Figure 4: Connections Window - Click on Connect under UCLA VPN and type in your UCLA Logon ID and
password (leave the domain field blank). (See Figure 5)
