BOL Mailing List Service

Communications Technology Services offers a mailing list service to all UCLA students, faculty, and staff. The mailing list service handles subscription requests for a mailing list and distributes new messages, or other postings from the list's members to the entire list of subscribers. The software that is handling our mailing lists is called Mailman, which provides an easier to use, intitutive web-based interface for administrative tasks.

BOL mailing lists take the form of LISTNAME@lists.ucla.edu.

Every list must have an owner who is either a faculty, staff, or student of UCLA.

To sign up for a new list, please visit the BOL Mailing List Request Page at:

Once the request has been submitted, the list is created after three business days. Requests from individual students and student groups are subject to verification of faculty sponsorship.
