Setting up Forwarding

  1. Login to the BOL Webmail at https://mail.ucla.edu/ .
  2. Click on the + icon just to the left of the Mail icon in the menu bar on the left.
  3. Click on the Filters link in the menu bar on the left.
  4. Click on the Forward icon at the top of the page.
  5. In the Forwarding Address field enter the email address that you want to forward your emails to.
  6. If you want a copy of the email in your Inbox (your @ucla.edu email address) as well, click on the checkbox next to Keep a copy of the message in your Inbox. NOTE: If you do keep a copy in your Inbox, be sure you routinely delete these messages. Failure to do so may result in your account exceeding quota, which will result in you not receiving new mail.
  7. Forwarding

  8. Click on Save Changes.
