Update Forwarding on your BOL Email Account

Though the forwarding configuration you set up through our webpage interface is still active, you are not able to view the old configuration in the new interface. You must create a new Forwarding rule under the new interface so that the new interface reflects your old configuration.

Disable Forwarding

If you want to disable your Forwarding that you previously set up through the webpage interface, you will need to enable forwarding under the Filters icon in Webmail, and then disable it:

1. Login to https://mail.ucla.edu/
2. Click on the Filters icon.
3. Click on the New Rules icon.
4. Leave everything else blank.
5. Under Actions, next to Forward to address: type the address you would like to forward to.
6. Click on Save Changes.
7. When you see the screen that confirms your changes have been saved, click on the Disable link.

Enable/Modify Forwarding

You will need to recreate your old forwarding rules inside the Webmail Filters interface if you want to view your old settings.

1. Login to https://mail.ucla.edu/
2. Click on the Filters icon.
3. Click on the New Rules icon.
4. Leave everything else blank.
5. Under Actions, next to Forward to address: type the address you would like to forward to.
6. Click on Save Changes.
