Address Book Backup

This document will show you how to Export from your Address Book to a text file in order to back up your data.

  1. Click Organizing > Address book in the left-hand navigation pane.

  2. Click the Import/Export icon in the action panel across the top.

  3. Select the export format from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click on Export and save the file to your local computer.

  5. This file is a comma-separated text file, which can be easily imported into most email or contact management programs.
