10/01/97: Dial-Up Problems; modems not connecting or timing out

The dial-up term servers being used for Bruin OnLine are undergoing relocation this morning. This is resulting in a variety of connection errors. We expect the problem to continue until some time early this afternoon when the relocation has been completed.
