Modem Pool Problems.
Due to modem maintenance, a number of modems were not authenticatingcallers properly. As a result people were being rejected by the authentication
server even though they were using the correct BOLid and password.
This problem started at approximately 3:pm Tuesday afternoon and continued
through the evening. .
