06/09/97 - Beta Tester List Full

Hello,

It is clear from the over whelming response to my call for Beta Testers that interest in the internet is on the rise. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered.

This year we are going to have 2 formal test periods. Beta 1 will test the installation process and a hard copy version of the proposed on-disk help manual. In the second phase any problems found in the prior test will be fixed (hopefully) and the documentation will be placed on the CDROM in its final(?) form.

I will be sending out the first batch of notices within the next 2 days. If you do not get a notice it does not mean that you have not been selected. All it means is that you have not been notified yet.

At present we do not need anymore volunteers.
