11/20/2009: BOL Help Desk Closed for Thanksgiving Holiday

The BOL Help Desk will be closing early at 6:00PM on Wednesday, November 25th and closed on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen on Saturday, November 28th at 12:00PM.
