6/09/2009: BOL Mail Server Outage

The mail server issue has been resolved, and all mail services have been restored and should be operating as normal. If you continue to experience any issues accessing your Bruin OnLine email, please contact the BOL Help Desk at (310)267-4357, option 1, or at consult@ucla.edu.

One of the Bruin OnLine mail storage servers experienced a hardware problem just after 6:00am this morning and our analysts are working to resolve the issue.

If you find that you are not able to access your email, we ask that you remain patient and continue to check our website for status updates and service restoration estimates, which will be posted as soon as they are available.
