If you are a current customer of Time Warner Cable's High Speed Internet, you may have experienced intermittent and temporary outages resulting in "Page cannot be displayed" error messages. Time Warner Cable explains that these sporadic outages are caused by a series of attacks by hackers targeting Time Warner Cable's servers.
