12/07/2005: Webmail Service Interruption UPDATE
16:15: Access to webmail should now be restored for those users who experienced login difficulties earlier. Users may experience intermittent access for the rest of today. Mail delivery to the server was halted during the outage period, so users' INBOXes may not contain all of the mail they are expecting. All mail has been queued up for intermittent delivery over the next several hours. We hope to put a solution in place tonight that will remedy the problems experienced earlier.
At approximately 12:15pm on Wednesday, December 7, webmail service for some users become unavailable. Users affected by the interruption will receive a "login failed" message when attempting to login. We are currently looking into the problem and hope to have it resolved shortly. We will update this message when the issue has been resolved.
