7/02/2004: Sophos Anti-Virus Distribution Change

Beginning July 1, 2004 Sophos Anti-Virus (SAV) software is being distributed by Bruin OnLine ( http://www.bol.ucla.edu/software/sophos/). Sophos was previously distributed and maintained by ATS Software Central. The Bruin OnLine Help Desk will continue to provide technical support for both SAV and the Remote Update client, while Communications Technology Services (CTS) will now administer and maintain the Sophos update servers. This change should be transparent to users of SAV and the Remote Update client.
