03/03/2003: RESOLVED: Partial POP Server Outage

This issue was resolved at 4:00 PM on March 3, 2003. Users should be able to retrieve their messages normally and no mail was lost during this outage.


Some users of Bruin Online may experience problems accessing their mail due to a POP server outage as of 3:25 PM this afternoon, March 3, 2003. CTS Systems Operations is aware of the problem and they are working to quickly resolve the issue.

As a result of the POP server outage, all users may have intermittent problems sending and receiving mail. If you do encounter a problem, please try sending or checking your mail again to see if the problem occurs again.

Updates will be posted here as soon as they become available.
