08/30/2001: Bruin Online Modem Pool Outage - UPDATE
CTS Voice Operations has completely resolved the issues with the BOL Modem Pool. They will be monitoring the situation over the weekend to avoid any further complications.
CTS experienced intermittent problems with BOL dial-up access. Calls from off-campus were not being properly routed to the Main BOL modem pool, (310)206-8311, resulting in a busy signal.
CTS Voice Operations staff have resolved the problem as of 18:05. If users experience further problems dialing up, please contact the Bruin Online Help Desk.
